At French Meadows, we want you to feel as timeless as our garments; if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached before sealing them in a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
